These were the questions fuelling our discussions during our Entrepreneurship Day for employees earlier this month at our Geneva Headquarters. We had the honour of hosting self-made entrepreneurs Christian Vanizette and Pauline Laigneau, who, by sharing their unique perspectives, enriched our discussions an deepened our understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape. Alongside this, we explored the topic of intrapreneurship during our discussion with Group Managing Director, Laurent Marteau, who also led a deep dive into embracing the right to fail. 

Plus, our Geneva delegates shared insights from the One Young World 2023 summit, sparking inspiration for positive change. But that's not all – our day was filled with exciting, interactive workshops led by our internal leaders!
