The L’OCCITANE Group marks two years as a certified B Corp

🌿We are proud to celebrate the second anniversary of our B Corp certification, a milestone that reflects our commitment to ethical business practices, social responsibility, and environmental impact.

Since becoming B Corp certified in 2023, we have made meaningful progress, including:

• People: In FY2025, 98% of our workforce across factories, shops and offices have received a certified Living Wage. The remaining employees are on track as we work towards 100%.
• Planet: 97% renewable electricity achieved across Group operations in FY2025.
• Launch of the L’OCCITANE Group Biodiversity Strategy at COP16 in 2024.
• Engagement through global volunteering programmes focused on biodiversity, regenerative agriculture and social inclusion.

B Corp remains at the heart of our sustainability journey, so we thank all our brands for their continuous efforts as we prepare for recertification in 2026. We are working towards certification of more recently acquired brands, such as Sol de Janeiro and Dr. Vranjes Firenze, by 2026.
