Code of Business Conduct 

At the L’OCCITANE Group, our values and Code of Business Conduct guide how we operate every day, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability and integrity.

The Code reflects the Group’s commitments and outlines the rules by which every employee and business partner must abide in their daily activities.
 

Speak Up Policy 

Speaking up means raising a concern so that it can be addressed without fear of retaliation. If you witness behaviour that may violate our Code of Business Conduct or applicable laws or regulations, we encourage you to speak up. The Group’s entrepreneurial spirit promotes open communication, and direct contact with the party or parties involved should be the preferred means by which to raise concerns. However, we understand that this is not always feasible, and for this reason we provide multiple ways in which to speak up.

The Speak Up Policy offers guidance on whom to approach when raising concerns about suspected misconduct as well as when, where and how to do so. It also outlines what to expect from the Group, and the steps that may follow, once a concern is raised.

L’OCCITANE Group will collect and process your personal data as part of this Speak Up Channel in order to process the report you will make. More details about the processing of your personal data, your rights and how to contact us are available in our  Speak Up Privacy Policy. 

Submitting a Speak Up Report

The Speak Up channel, provided by a third-party partner, offers a fully confidential and anonymous way to report violations of laws, regulations or principles of internal conduct in good faith.
