Over the past 12 years, Jean-François has provided outstanding leadership at the helm of Laboratoires M&L, and his example will continue to be an inspiration to us all. His firmly human-centred approach will serve as a lasting hallmark of his time with us, and one that has been all the more meaningful during the difficult times we have recently experienced.

Lorenzo Giacomoni’s experience as VP Group Operations will enable him to bring unparalleled expertise in operational resilience to Laboratoires M&L. He will thus help to consolidate the factories’ global reach as leaders in innovation and development.

Marie Videau brings outstanding experience to this role, particularly from her time at Chanel. Driven by a clear vision for the future, she plans to bring R&D to the heart of the cosmetics and as close as possible to individuals.
